We are a full-service repair shop, we offer a wide range of services including routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.), diagnostics, brake repairs, engine repairs, transmission services, and more. You can find pricing for our services under the "Services" page. We are an approved New Brunswick Motor Vehicle Inspection station as well. We do not handle any collision related repairs.

Yes, we have experience working on all makes and models of cars, trucks, and SUVs, including both domestic and foreign vehicles.

Can I bring my own parts for you to install?

We generally prefer to use parts sourced through our trusted suppliers to ensure quality, compatibility, and to provide warranty on our repairs. However, we can discuss your options on a case-by-case basis.

I have a new car, do I need to take it to a dealership for maintenance in order to keep my warranty valid?

No, As long as you follow the specifications given by the manufacturer (which can be found in your owner’s manual), your warranty is valid. At Apex auto, we always follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. We’ll make sure your warranty remains valid and your car remains happy - for many miles to come!

Yes, we stand behind our workmanship and parts. We offer warranties on repairs and parts installed by our technicians. Please ask us for specific warranty details.

No, we do not offer loaner vehicles or shuttle services at this time.

Yes, we can provide estimates for most services. However, some repairs may require diagnostic evaluation before an accurate estimate can be given.

Do you offer financing options for major repairs?

Yes we do. We offer a finance option to get whatever repairs your vehicle may require and allows you to spread the cost of the repairs into bi-weekly payments for up to 24-48 Months. Find out more information about our financing option under the "Financing" page.

Do you use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts?

We primarily use OEM grade parts to ensure compatibility and quality. However, we also offer aftermarket parts as alternatives depending on your preference and budget.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, all major credit cards, and E-Transfer as well. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Can I wait while my vehicle is serviced?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, there is seating available to wait for your vehicles repair. We have free coffee, hot chocolate etc as well as charging stations for your devices. Customer washroom facilities are available at our location as well.

Can I drop my car off after hours?

Absolutely, we have a key drop off slot in our first garage bay door, just to the left of our entrance. You can drop the keys in the there and we will retrieve them during business hours.
